Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Look Dish account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email phenphella1@gmail.com from the email address used for your Look Dish account.
2. Use the subject line Delete my Look Dish account.
3. Include the account email address you want deleted.

What will be deleted

When your account is deleted, Look Dish will delete or anonymise account data associated with your account, including:

• account profile details such as name and email address
• saved recipes, meal plans, shopping lists, pantry items, and dietary preferences
• uploaded recipe, receipt, or food-related files linked to your account where stored by Look Dish
• household membership data linked to your account

Data we may keep

Some limited information may be retained where required for legal, security, billing, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or tax/accounting purposes. Payment records may also be retained by payment providers such as Stripe according to their own legal obligations.

Timing

We aim to process account deletion requests within 30 days. We may contact you to confirm account ownership before completing the request.
