Common issues
AI Chef is not responding
Close Look Dish fully and reopen it, then try again. This often refreshes the session cleanly.
Recipe import failed
TikTok and Instagram sharing works for many public recipe videos, especially when the creator includes ingredients, quantities, and instructions in the caption. It may not work when the recipe is only spoken or shown in the video, the caption is incomplete, or the post is private or restricted. For webpage imports, try the address again. You can also upload several clear recipe screenshots.
Receipt or screenshot upload failed
Make sure the text is readable and the image is not excessively long. Clear, separate screenshots usually work best.
